Carolina Utilities and Sitework LLC was founded by Brandon Lawrence and Lance Tyler. Together they have a combined 50+ years of experience in private sub-division development, commercial development, and DOT projects in South Carolina and North Carolina.
CUS is a sitework and utilities focused company, dedicated to performance and quality, with an exceptional management team and staff geared toward completing projects on schedule.

I have been working with Brandon for several months on bidding, contract negotiations and now beginning work onsite. To this point in the project, Brandon and his team have been nothing but punctual, transparent and motivated. The crews on site have been working diligently and skillfully to meet an already tight schedule while maintaining their quality of work.
Brandon has been on top of managing the project from an administration side while being onsite numerous times a week to ensure quality, schedule, and safety. Lance & Brandon, I wanted to thank you again for your excellent work installing our StormTech® storm water storage chamber system at the Peterbilt project in Columbia, SC. I sell a couple dozen of these systems a year but I have rarely seen a more efficient installation than what we observed at the Peterbilt project by Carolina Utilities.
In addition, we greatly appreciate the offer to make us an installation video from this project. This is further evidence that you strictly followed our recommended installation guidelines for installing a StormTech® system. Please note this letter confirms our observations that Carolina Utilities& Sitework installed the StormTech® system specified on the Peterbilt project according to our recommended installation guidelines and will provide the required storage volume of 82,408 c.f. per the plans prepared by the design engineer or record.
