The Lively at Grande Dunes is the third “The Lively” located on the Grand Strand. This four story, 322-unit apartment complex sits on 15 acres. The complex also includes a fitness center, (7) two-story garages / storage buildings, a pool, and a dog park. Carolina Utilities & Sitework completed this project in May 2022.
